Working with a long standing client, Project Wizards assisted with both securing and constructing this standout project. The six floor, Cat B refurbishment included a full reception remodel and MEP installation.

We assisted with the pre-construction phase by building all of the tender documents, supporting with contractor enquiries and leveling the bids to ensure compliance along with executing the contracts. Furthermore, we also assisted with post-construction tasks, such as variations, change logs and account closures.
