The Story Behind Project Wizards
Project Wizards was established following the growth of QS Wizards, a UK-based quantity surveying and cost consultancy founded by James Gurr MRICS after more than 22 years in the industry. QS Wizards was created to address a clear need for reliable, senior-led cost management services delivered with flexibility and accountability.
As the practice expanded, client demand increasingly moved towards a more integrated, client-side service that combined cost certainty with structured project leadership and quality control. This progression led to the launch of Project Wizards in Dubai, bringing our established commercial expertise into the delivery of luxury residential villas and select commercial projects within the UAE.
