We were seconded to offer Post construction support for a luxury private developer, assisting with the creation of a bespoke 15,000 sq ft Villa in the sought-after Jumeirah Golf Estates.
The property featured a substantial double height rear extension, various structural alterations, and a full internal and external renovation, including a wellbeing facility.
Project Wizard’s scope included managing the contractor’s account, assessing variations, making payment recommendations and administering the contract to give the client peace of mind throughout the build process.
